Welcome to DataLab (by Tilburg University Library)

This page provides basic information about the services of the DataLab and financial databases available at Tilburg University. Tilburg University Library provides access to over 40 financial databases. Some databases can be accessed from home, some are only available in the DataLab, a dedicated space in Library building. DataLab is open during regular Library opening hours and general library rules apply.

DataLab can be used by Tilburg University students only. Students can use the facilities to access specialized financial databases that are only available via the DataLab computers.

• Overview of available financial databases
  • An overview of all available databases. You can search titles, descriptions, and keywords. A detailed description of each database is available.
• Frequently asked questions
  • An overview of frequently asked questions. You can search for the answer to many basic and more advanced questions about the use of financial databases.
• Library opening hours
  • DataLab is open during all Library opening hours.
• Workspace reservation
• In order to guarantee access to a DataLab computer, students can reserve a workspace via the workspace reservation system. You may use a workspace that is currently not in use, but you must leave if another student has a reservation for that computer.
• Terms of Use
  • The use of financial and other library databases is subject to our Terms of Use. In addition to these general terms, some databases may have other, more specific usage policies as well. Check the Help or Terms pages (if available) in the databases for more information.
